CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to ensure that I can accommodate all of my clients effectively, I ask that you please read below for cancellations or rescheduling: PLEASE NOTE: Any and all deposits are non-refundable. 1. Cancellations: • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be subjected to pay 50% of the service booked. • No-shows will be charged the full price of the service. 2. Rescheduling: • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me enough time to offer the appointment to another client. •Any appointment rescheduled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will result in a 30% service fee. 3. Emergency Situations: • I understand that emergencies happen. If you have to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please let me know as soon as possible so I can accommodate you accordingly.
